Rubens spent eighteen years in health and human performance. He first built a company that helped construction workers prevent musculoskeletal disorders, then ran an elite strength-and-conditioning school for fifteen years. After selling it, he founded We Are One, a collective innovation platform that brings citizens, experts, entrepreneurs, funders and institutions together on public-interest projects. MyTwin was born there, and inherited its method: build with the people it serves — patients, clinicians, researchers and developers.
“I lost my mother to a medical error, and my father to a lack of prevention. Afterwards, I set out to understand my own body and started building my own digital twin. Along the way I found extraordinary technologies that almost no one knew about. MyTwin came from that: bring them together in one place, so everyone can act before it’s too late.”

Antoine started in industrial computing, optimizing factories. What has always driven him, though, is less the code than what it changes in people’s lives. At 21 he was already mapping his own knowledge into a “digital brain”; he went on to map project ecosystems, to understand how collective intelligence turns into innovation. Mapping We Are One is how he met Rubens.
“My parents never recognized themselves in one-size-fits-all care. They went back to basics — eat better, sleep better, move more — so their bodies would need less fixing. I think of everyone who feels the same. In MyTwin Lab, patients build the app alongside the people who code it. That’s how every MyTwin will become as unique as the person it serves.”
